The G·A·S Permanent Gas Analyser is configured for the analysis of H2, N2, O2, CH4, CO, CO2, and C2 hydrocarbons. Optional channels are available for He-H2 and Ar-O2 determination. Other light gases are analysed as well; please contact us for further information. The analyser is available on 3 GC platforms. In this way, G·A·S offers the solution for every specific need.
This G·A·S analyser offers easy analysis of all kinds of gaseous hydrocarbon samples! The Focus GC is the cost-effective one-channel solution, while the Trace GC Ultra platform allows comprehensive multi channel applications. The LGI (Liquefied Gas Injector) injects gases in liquid phase under high pressure directly on the analysis column using LVI (Large Volume Injection technique) based on PTV with on-column liner. In this way, heavy fractions like oily residues or DIPA are analysed very accurate without boiling point discrimination. This automated method provides results down to 1 ppm concentration level, in less than 30 minutes.
The success of ppb analysis with sensitive detectors like PDD (Pulsed Discharge Detector) or PED (Plasma Emission Detector) strongly depends on the handling of the detector in the GC analyser. G·A·S has over 20 years of experience in applying the right parts and switching diagrams for this type of analysis. The result is an easy to handle and robust analyser for very low concentration levels.
